・The General Reception is located at the lobby on 2F,
open 13:30-18:00 on May 14, starts at 8:00 on May 15-17.
・”Foreign Participants” desk is prepared.
・Pre-registered participants should tell
the Participation Application Number to the receptionist.
The name card, the name holder,
and the Proceedings will be handed out.
If the payment has not yet been made,
please go to the On-Site Reception desk.
・If you register on-site, fill in the entry sheet,
pay fees at the On-Site Registration Reception desk,
and receive a name card, name holder and the Proceedings.
・If you are a student, please present your student identification card at the desk.
・Please acknowledge that the fees are not refundable.
・You should wear your name card all the time in the conference site,
otherwise, you may not be allowed to enter.

Non-member 14,000 yen
Student 6,000 yen
*Member fee is applied for AFLAS members.
The Proceedings only: 3,000 yen / copy

・We accept participation applications until the capacity reaches 600 people.
・The route to the Sendai Excel Hotel Tokyu from Sendai International Center is
about 15 minute walk.
You may enjoy the spectacle in the zelkova roadside trees and
the Hirose river on the way.
・Please present your name card at the Social Gathering Reception desk.
Former JALAS Workshop and JAEAT Educational Training Seminar are united,
and JALAS Educational Training Working Group and JAEAT are
co-sponsoring the Tanabata Seminar. Please apply for the seminar at
the General Rception desk on 2F on the day of the seminar.
*Fees: 2,000 yen per seminar
Please inquire about prior application to the luncheon seminars to
each co-sponsoring company.
We accept applications on the day from 9:00 in front of
the equipment/product exhibition hall on 2F and at the booths of
co-sponsoring companies.
The distributed participation ticket can be exchanged with a lunch.
Since participation tickets are limited, it ends as they are sold out
in order of receipt.

Plaese feel free to join the tea ceremony
held on the 1st floor at the Japanese style room.
The initial alphabet of the lecture number indicates each lecture
(Please refer to the following).
“S” and “T” of the ending of the lecture number of the general oral presentation
and the poster presentation indicate “S: JALAS member” and “T: JAEAT member”.
・L: Special Seminar, Special Symposium (L-T,L-U,L-V)
・S: Symposium (S-I-1 thru S-XI-6)
・O: General Oral Presentation (O-01-S thru O-89-S)
・P: Poster Presentation (P-001-S thru P-178-S)
・M: Exhibition Company Presentation (M-01 thru M-11)
Since only a few restaurants are in the conference hall and around the hall,
you are encouraged to participate in the luncheon seminars.
Also, we sell lunches in the hall. Please use 3F lobby
and the resting place in the equipment/product exhibition hall to eat.
The cloakroom is located at the back of the front stairs on 1F,
open during the following times. Please do not forget to reclaim.

Above titled exhibition will be held at the hall D (Sakura) and E (Hagi) on 2F.
Please feel free to come look a lot of interesting goods and material.
Recording act is prohibited in the conference halls.
When a recording act without permission is found,
the staff will confiscate or erase the data from the recording medium.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
We do not make an announcement in the halls.
Please use the message board of the general reception.
Please refrain from the use of the cellular phone in the symposium halls.
Please set it to the manner mode or turn off the power supply.
Wireless LAN can be used in 2F and 3F lobbies.
Please use it at your own risk.
We are not responsible for security of your PC.

・Smoking is not allowed in the conference hall.
